Working safely in your property
As the situation concerning COVID-19 changes day to day, we want to reassure you that we are doing everything we can to safeguard the health of
our customers and staff. As of Tuesday the 17th March, 1st Call’s approach is as follows:
Our Customers
Prior to our attendance we will ask all customers if:
- They are feeling unwell
- They have a fever, cough or flu like symptoms
- They have recently travelled overseas
We will not be attending any premises where a person answers in the affirmative to the above statements.
While our techs will maintain their usual friendly and approachable demeanour, they won’t be shaking hands and will maintain a personal space perimeter
of 1.5m while in your property.
Our Team
Will not attend work if:
- They are feeling unwell
- They or any one in their household has a fever, cough or flu like symptoms
- They or any one in their household has recently travelled overseas
On Site
Use hand sanitiser before and after every job
Keep equipment and tools contained to the specific boxes and pouches. Only rest equipment on the floor (not on working surfaces benches or bookshelves
etc)
Minimalise contact with surfaces and clean switches, outlets and door handles as we leave the premises
Moving Forward
We’ll be keeping abreast with the recommendations from the world Health Organisation and modifying our practices to suit.
